Due to the handmade nature of our products we do not except returns.
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us via hello@kellushiachung.com and include photo/video within 5 days and we will gladly ship a replacement item to you.
If we were the cause of an issue occurring with your order, we will work with you to find a solution!
Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and an additional 2-7 days for your order to be shipped to you. All packages come via USPS and are shipped Monday through Friday.
