In a nutshell

What is Minimalism ?

The idea of minimalism is owning fewer possessions and living a life that you have less to lose. Living this lifestyle will allow you to experience less stress because you have less to worry about. Minimalist living forces you to remove a lot of stuff from your life which means there's more space for other things in your life.

While there is much difference between being a normal individual and a minimalist I have come to realization that no one has to your minimalisim for you. Everyone see minimalism in a different way.

The whole idea is just to buy with intention and have less things around you focusing on this and living in a space that make you grow mentally, physically and emotionally.

Lets play a little game!

Look around your home this very moment and see if everything you have has a purpose and think about the last time you used it.

Also think about what you could use that money to do now?

I mean you can completly skip this game but the whole idea is to allow you to reflet on all the unnesssary oir spontenous spending you did in the pass and how being a minimalist buying with intention will have a much more postive effect of your pocket

Question : I am new to MINIMALISM can there be a wrong way?

Answer : Every individual is different which means we all own different things to answer your question there is no wrong way to be a minimalist. You first need to get the idea of perfectionism out of your head because that will lead to burn out. There is no limitation.
