How To Transform Your Life Even At Your Worst

Good habits in combination with a positive mindset is key to a good pathway for success.




Success Looks different for everyone however here are 5 ways or habits to develop that could drastically change your life:

  1. Create A Morning Routine

  2. Exercise or Stretch Everyday

  3. Read Self-help or Motivational Books

  4. Meditate Or Relax

  5. Give Your self Time for self-care


Yes! I know it seems hard or you might be one of the many who under estimate these five, but the reality is in order to perform at your best we need to be taking good care of our body inside and out. A few months ago there was a moment when I felt like everything for me was crashing, I hated everything I started to doubt my self and the level of hopelessness was on the high 💀 I was doing everything I needed to do but the results was just not what I wanted.

It took me a while to realize that it was not that I did not know what I was doing, but my energy level was absolute trash…. but I did not realize because I felt like I had little to no time to do everything to met my ultimate gold. You might be like me 😢 I then became unhappy with my work and believe it or not my customers family and friends could see this! So if you are in a spot where you just feel burnout and unhappy. I’ve been there and o I want to help you overcome this.

Discover What Is Really Wrong

For me this was hard because I was brought up on the thought to always be confident in my self but I definatley got that mixed up with lying to my self. There will be a lot of emotion that will take over, it can be a simple problem or it can be a whole problem. However you must be truth full to your self if this tries to consume you.




MAKE A LIST OF THINGS YOU ARE GRATEFUL FOR


Even if you have a small list of problem or can't be true to what’s wrong make a pros and cons list. Try to put a time limit of this so you will be able to start working on the 5 tip I am about to give you.


Create A Morning Routine


A morning routine helps to make each day productive and successful. Starting each day doing the same things can help you to ease into the day and provides you with a sense of accomplishment within the first few hours of the day. You do not have to go out and buy any fancy skin care products and make videos to post on insta… I mean simple things like:



  • Making your bed

  • Drinking Your Tea

  • Meditating

  • Taking a Walk

  • Taking a Early Bath

All of these things that you can check off your list for the day helps to make you feel like your day has started off productive and will help to make the rest of the day productive as well. I first started implementing a morning routine in 2019. And I love it!

No need to beat your self up if you missed day.. that might be the voice of fear stopping you from even starting.

My routine gives me the motivation to get out of the bed in the morning instead of snoozing for an extra hour. The first 2 hours of the day are all about me. It’s my time to get good with my soul…… and without it, I feel off! Exercise or Stretch Everyday exercise has been key to my mental health. For a while, I thought the only benefit of working out was to look a certain way. To lose weight, gain muscle, or maintain your current weight. But boy oh boy, that’s not true!


When you exercise your body releases endorphins. (Endorphins are chemicals produced by the body to relieve stress and pain. They work similarly to a class of drugs called opioids. Opioids relieve pain and can produce a feeling of euphoria).

Okay okay! enough with the chemical talk 😂 endorphins is known to make you happier and more energetic. And for me, exercise helps to provide me with a sense of clarity. AND it makes me more focused and productive throughout the day.



Read Self-help or Motivational Books


Reading can sometimes be better than talking to people. I say this because you can learn so much more from reading 3-5 pages of a book. Often times the conversations we have are not even motivational, think to your self about the last time some one called you and motivated you whether it is with your business or just in general. I mean if you got this recently stay on that track. But if you do not have much of this in your life try reading or watching something motivational. You never know what you might learn or how happy a quote might. are you feel.


one of my suggestion is All Along You Were Blooming: Thoughts for Boundless Living by Morgan Harper Nichols. So if you’re thinking about making a big change in your life, I highly recommend you start reading self-help books. They work wonders!


Meditate Or Relax


Yes I heard it too …… that meditating is being completely quiet. 🥺 well… It’s not about making your mind completely quiet. That’s like telling your heart to stop beating. It’s more so about understanding that your thoughts come and go. And you have the power to decide what ones have an impact on you!

If you haven’t tried meditation before, I highly recommend you giving it a shot! It’s helped me a lot with my anxiety and the little guy in my head that likes to run the show from time to time.

I only meditate for about 5 to 10 minutes a day. And then whenever I feel like I need to recenter,



Give Your self Time for self-care


Once again it is not about buy your self expensive skin care products its about taking care of your self mentally, physically and emotionally. But you should still treat your self. I absolutely love natural care products so I often DIY them of buy from brands who truly care about me and my goals. There are a lot of things you can do in regards to self care but the most important thing is making sure you are actually having fun and feeling better than you did when you started.

Treated myself to lunch every now and then all of that to say that self-care is different for everyone. Simply reserving the time of work and getting good with my soul is a form of self-care to me.

Allowing your self to actually breathe and figuring out the root of the problem why you still feel burnout is how your change will start.
